At Addition International, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date, provided:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see Section 4)
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at returns@additioninternational.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorisation number (RAN).
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Write your RAN clearly on the outside of the parcel.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
If you paid by bank transfer, refunds will be issued to the same bank account.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked at point of purchase)
- Custom-order or special-order products
- Items returned without a valid return authorisation number (RAN)
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value subject to stock availability. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange before returning your item.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product) — we cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size) — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
